A blessed Feast of the Annunciation to you all!
On this day we remember and celebrate the Blessed Virgin Mary’s oppenness and full faith in God’s perfect will, and the fruit of that faith which is Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
As we struggle to live under circumstances that we have not chosen for ourselves and that go far beyond our control, may God grant us even a portion of the faith of the Blessed Virgin, that we might carry on in openness and full faith in God’s will in these trying days, “Let it be to us, according to thy will.”
I know … you didn’t open this for an encouraging word about the Annunciation, you opened it because the subject line about “Old Father Kraft.” I gave our Priest-not-in-Charge Emeritus a ring the other day, and I’m delighted to share this video of our chat.
